Hubby obliged me and played photographer for the evening, albeit a shaky-handed photographer.
So, there it is. What do you think?

Amazing sweater! Almost as nice as the scarf you knitted for me my dear... You truly are a gifted gal!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! It looks great. Now you can thumb your nose at everyone who asked if it was a sleeve! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice words. I will indeed make sure everyone who thought I was knitting a turtleneck or a sleeve sees the photo of me wearing the sweater!
ReplyDeleteHi ingrid!
ReplyDeleteThe sweater is so nice it makes me want to knit it myself. I love the color choices in the bow and yarn. How many hours would you say it took? I'm thinking of knitting the Arsaig sweater from knitty as I got a great deal on 10 balls of forest green Jaeger yarn on ebay, but the thought of knitting such a big project makes me nervous.
I'm not sure how many hours I spent on the sweater. It only took me two weeks and a day to knit the sweater, but I'm not sure if I worked on it everyday. I'd guess it might have taken between 20 and 30 hours of work, maybe? That arisaig sweater looks really cute, but I'm sure it would take a lot longer to finish than my tempting sweater!
